Financial Solutions Consultant - Part-Time

Looking for Financial Solutions Consultant

Responsibilities:
1. Acquire new clients for loans consultation (Business loans & Property loans).

2. Advise existing clients on refinancing, cost savings and incremental loans.

3. Administer documentation with regards to loan applications.

4. Follow through the loan applications to final loan disbursement.

5. Liaise with all related parties with regard to the loan application(Banks, Lawyers, agents, etc).

6.  Skills to identify and propose business opportunities. Conduct in-depth market research to identify potential business opportunities.

7. Having the full knowledge and understanding towards company profile and services. Able to handle and explain to clients fully of the company's services. Engaging clients to use services, converting them to be a supportive and ongoing client.

Skills:

1. Ability to understand client's financing needs and recommend suitable business or property loan solutions. Evaluating financial situations, repayment capability and suitable loan structures.

2. Skilled in engaging potential clients and maintaining professional relationships with existing customers. Conducting follow-ups consultations and providing ongoing financing support.

3. Knowledge in analysing existing loan structures and identifying refinancing or incremental loan opportunities. Supports clients in improving cash flow and reducing financing costs.

4. Competent in preparing, reviewing, and administering loan application documents accurately. Ensures proper submission processes and compliance with financing requirements.

5. Ability to manage loan applications from initial consultation to final loan disbursement. Monitoring progress, tracking timelines, and ensuring smooth process completion.

6. Skilled in coordinating with banks, lawyers, agents and other related parties regarding loan applications. Supports efficient communication and timely resolution of application matters.
