Flavor Tester / Panelist - Part-Time

Do you enjoy discovering and tasting new products? Are you curious to see how you could contribute to design new products only by describing your sensory perception?

If so, come and join our sensorial expert panel to help us on decoding the sensory experience of products.

Within this role, you'll be trained to recognise a variety of flavours and different sensations within different types of products. You’ll be part of an expert group describing market products from different Asia countries as well as new products to be launched. Finally, you’ll be a key player contributing to our flavour business and have the opportunity to discover further the wonderful world of senses!

Responsibilities

• Evaluate a variety of food and beverage products and identify, describe, and define their sensory properties using your senses and different evaluation methods.
• Documenting, sharing opinions, observations, and descriptions based on a specific set of guidelines and instructions.

Requirements

• Good sensory acuity relating to smell and taste
• Ability to articulate yourselves and communicate in English
• Able to perform basic operations on computers (basic browser navigation)
• Non-smoker
• No food allergies / intolerances or dietary restrictions
• Able to commit to working hours
• Able to commit to the working schedule for at least 1 year
• Prior experience in similar roles would be beneficial, but no experience is required as training will be provided
• The candidate should not be working with other Flavor & Fragrances or FMCG companies or its related industries

Other information

• Working hours: Afternoon Panel Session – 2pm to 5pm
• Attend 3 sessions a week
• To be able to follow through the entire project process.
• A 3 months training period (paid) will be provided
• Medical and insurance coverage will be provided
