We build natural-sounding AI voice agents designed to seamlessly handle complex phone conversations and operational workflows, natively mastering local regional accents and multilingual fluidity.

The Role 

We are looking for a sharp, autonomous Freelance Content Writer with a deep curiosity or background in the Artificial Intelligence industry. In this role, you will help us build out a high-authority blog and content ecosystem designed to educate business leaders, operational heads, and tech founders across the APAC region.

You will break down complex AI trends, local data compliance rules (like the PDPA), and operational automation into practical, engaging, and highly readable long-form content.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and write high-quality, long-form content (1,000–2,000 words) on AI industry trends, business voice automation, and regional SME case studies.

• Translate highly technical AI concepts (e.g., latency, NLP, voice synthesizing) into practical, commercial value propositions for business owners.

• Write engaging, analytical content comparing industry frameworks, reviewing local AI initiatives, and offering actionable toolkits for businesses adopting AI.

• Optimize all content for SEO best practices (keyword placement, heading structures, and high-retention readability) to match our organic growth goals.

Job Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven Experience: 2+ years of experience writing content specifically for B2B SaaS, deep tech, or the AI industry. (A portfolio of published tech/B2B articles is mandatory).

• AI Industry Literacy: You don't need to be a software engineer, but you must thoroughly understand the current AI landscape, large language models, generative voice tech, and how businesses are practically deploying automation.

• Localization Awareness: Ability to write with an understanding of the Southeast Asian business landscape (specifically Singapore and Malaysia markets) and regional business nuances.

• SEO Proficiency: Strong baseline knowledge of modern SEO principles (writing for user search intent, structured layouts, semantic keyword optimization).

• Flawless Execution: Ability to research topics independently, interview internal product insights when necessary, and deliver crisp, editing-ready copy on deadline.
