Freelance Field interviewer/surveyors, Research Operations

Location: Island wide

Ranges from $15 - $30 for each successful completed survey dependent on the length of interview

Job Scope

Conduct Face to Face Interview/survey. (Door-to-Door/Street Intercept).

Experience: Some surveying experience preferred but not mandatory, training will be provided.

You may be needed to work around evening hours, including Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays depending on projects.

• Positive, self-motivated (driven), curious, and enjoy interacting with people from diverse backgrounds.
• Effective time management to meet deadlines and submit timely feedback/updates to the supervisor(s).
• Proficient in quota management, paper/administrative work with precision, meticulous attention to detail.
• Highly committed and physically fit for outdoor, willing to travel around Singapore.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ensure accurate input of respondents’ response in the system (via tablet)

Training will be provided to the successful candidate.

Job requirements and expectations

• Only Singaporeans and PRs may apply.
• Minimum education level: GCE "N'' Level
• Past experience in field interview and survey or customer related services will be preferred (including retail assistant, call centre, etc)  
• Proficient in the use of tablets as all surveys are administered via tablets
• Preferably bilingual in English and other language (eg. Bahasa Melayu, Mandarin, Tamil and etc)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills 
• Need to be physically fit
