Guest Experience Specialist (High-End Showroom, Retail Environment) - Part-Time

Responsibilities

• Engage customers to assess their interior design needs and provide tailored styling solutions that enhance their living spaces
• Achieve and exceed sales targets while ensuring high customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Collaborate with colleagues to design and implement attractive product displays and store layouts that elevate the showroom experience
• Continuously update knowledge of interior design trends and product features to advise customers effectively
• Schedule and manage appointments for Interior Design Services to support client project needs
• Proactively follow up on sales orders, deliveries, and claims to maintain excellent after-sales service and customer relationships

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Passion for creating exceptional in-store customer experiences
• Strong teamwork, interpersonal communication, and self-motivation skills
• Relevant experience considered for senior roles
• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field is advantageous
• Proficiency with AutoCAD, SketchUp, or 3D rendering software is a plus
• Open to candidates without prior work experience; competitive basic salary plus commission offered

Work Schedule:

• Five-day work week including weekends at Ion Orchard retail store
