Hair Salon Director - Part-Time

Talia Hair and Beauty, an organic and green hair salon located in Joo Chiat, Singapore has vacancy for a Director to be in management and in operations.

Requirements

1. Be in hair salon business for more than 15 years.

2. Possess own ready pool of customers.

3. Be able to communicate in English and Mandarin.

4. Possess high integrity and responsibility .

5. Versatile in various hair products.

6. Skilled in cutting, colouring, perming, scalp/hair treatments, wash & blow.

7. Well-groomed and possess high personal hygiene.

8. Target-driven.

Duties

1. Manage operations of salon.

2. Train and develop a new team of stylists who can bring in new /own customers.

3. Marketing & Promotions.

4. Develop innovative hair services menu to attract new clientale.

5. Provide customer service.

6. Cut, colour, highlight, do hair and scalp treatments, wash & blow, perms.

7. Product sales and packages.
