HR Officer – Talent Acquisition (Engineering 1 Year Contract) - Part-Time

1. Coordinate and manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, and interview coordination.

2. Support onboarding activities such as preparation of employment documentation, orientation arrangements, and ensuring smooth onboarding processes.

3. Maintain and update employee records while ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with company policies.

4. Provide administrative support to the HR department, including filing, report preparation, and handling HR-related correspondence.

5. Assist in HR initiatives and projects such as employee engagement activities, training coordination, and performance management support.

6. Ensure HR practices comply with Singapore employment regulations and internal policies.

Requirements:

1. Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related discipline.

2. Prior experience in recruitment or HR operations will be an advantage.

3. Familiar with Singapore employment practices.

4. Strong organisational skills with good attention to detail.

5. Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with stakeholders at all levels.

6. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).

7. Able to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
