HRIS Expertise (Asia Region) (1 Year Contract) - Part-Time

Key Responsibilities:

You would assist Asia regional HRMS CoE (Center of Expertise) on systems-related administrative matters, documentations. You would also play a key role to support and take part in Transformational HR Projects deployment among Asia sites and other ad-hoc systems initiatives together with regional HRMS manager.

• Support in creating and managing of system documentations, guides, issues documentations concerning Asia region.
• Assist Regional HRMS to co-lead regional Asia and HORIZON global project cycle activities, as assigned.
• Support Regional Asia HRIS network meetings.
• Perform Basic data analysis for systems/process improvement initiatives at region.

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in IT, Computer Science, Computer engineering, Data Sciences, Science or similar.
• Minimum 3 years relevant working experience.
• Extensive knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, MS office suite.
• Data Literacy & an analytical mindset
• Knowledge and experience in ERP such as PeopleSoft (HR), Oracle HCM, Business Object, Workday and Power BI.
• Knowledge and experience in SQR/SQL.
• Knowledge in using virtual collaboration tools such iOBEYA, KLAXOON, MS TEAMS, etc would be advantageous.
• Experience or knowledge using/developing ChatGPT, AI and RPA would be added advantage.
• Knowledge and competency in Information Technology applications development/solution and technical methodology
• Knowledge on Business Information Systems, HR processes & functions linked to an employee life cycle.
• Proficient in Data Management and Compliance.
• Have a curious, and willing to ask & learn mindset.
• Ability to work and collaborate with remote team, and at the same time also able to work independently.
• Unafraid to communicate with various levels of users, and able to converse technical context into layperson, easy to understand contents for end users.
• Multitasking, and able to maintain can-do attitude under challenges.
• Experience or exposed to managing HR systems solutions initiatives / projects or similar.
• Tend to be meticulous and pay attention to details.
