Job Description - Integrity Engineer - Part-Time

Job Description:

  • Responsible to leading the Integrity and Preservation team by supporting in the planning and execution of preventive and planned corrective maintenance activities that require onshore involvement. Additionally, provides first-response support to offshore teams during breakdowns and troubleshooting when onshore assistance is needed.
  • Coordinate and provide onshore support for the planning and execution of preventive and planned corrective maintenance activities, ensuring timely resource allocation and effective communication with offshore teams.
  • Act as the primary onshore contact for breakdowns and troubleshooting, delivering prompt technical assistance to offshore personnel.
  • Contribute to annual budget planning by providing input on workforce, materials, and service requirements for maintenance coordination.
  • Ensure maintenance activities comply with sector regulations, MODEC guidelines, and internal standards, including the use of the Integrated Management System (IMS) and Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
  • Support the effectiveness of process safety barriers by monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and recommending technical actions to maintain operations within ALARP (As Low As Reasonably Practicable) levels.
  • Promote adherence to maintenance policies and the application of lessons learned to improve reliability and performance.
  • Contribute to the planning and execution of equipment and unit shutdowns or decommissioning as required.
  • Safeguard compliance with technical specifications and standards by supporting internal audits, identifying deviations, and recommending corrective actions.
  • Maintain effective communication and relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure alignment with company objectives and client expectations.
  • Participate in offshore visits as required to support maintenance activities and strengthen coordination between onshore and offshore teams.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree of Engineering is required
  • Complies with the Training Matrix and Regulatory and Required by Modec Training Management Procedure, available in the Integrated Management System (IMS).
  • Advanced Microsoft Office package knowledge is required.
  • Basic CMMS systems knowledge is a competitive edge (SAP preferred).
  • Basic Power BI knowledge is a competitive edge.
