SCOPE OVERVIEW

• Providing first-level IT helpdesk support and assisting with walk-in user requests.
• Supporting M365 migration-related activities, including user setup, guidance, and troubleshooting.
• Assisting in the development and customization of M365 training materials and user guides.
• Coordinating user training sessions and collecting feedback for continuous improvement.
• Supporting user adoption initiatives to drive effective utilization of M365 tools such as Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, and Copilot (where applicable).
• Assisting with documentation and knowledge base updates.

REQUIREMENTS

• Undergraduate / recently graduated university students
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Independent, driven, resourceful and meticulous
• High sense of responsibility and integrity
• Strong interpersonal and analytical skills
• Able to commit at least 3 months or more
