IT Support Temp / 1.5 Months Contract - Part-Time

About the Role

We are seeking a hands-on IT Support  to support a corporate office relocation project. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up, relocating, configuring, and troubleshooting IT equipment to ensure a smooth transition to the new office environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and dismantle desktop computers, monitors, TV displays, and related IT equipment

• Disconnect existing workstations and reconnect them at the new office location

• Configure laptops and peripheral devices

• Install and set up printers, meeting room AV equipment, and Wi-Fi connectivity

• Troubleshoot day-to-day IT issues, including Outlook, Microsoft Teams, printer, and network connectivity problems

• Manage cabling and perform workstation testing to ensure all equipment functions properly

• Coordinate and liaise with external vendors throughout the office relocation process

• Handle IT asset tagging and maintain accurate inventory records

• Provide on-site user support during the initial weeks following the office move

• Assist with general IT support and helpdesk duties as required
  

Requirements

• Minimum ITE qualification in IT or Diploma in Information Technology or related discipline

• Proven Level 1 IT Support experience in a desktop/helpdesk support environment

• Hands-on experience with:

  • Laptop and desktop setup/configuration

  • Printer installation and troubleshooting

  • Hardware installation and desktop dismantling/reassembly

  • Basic network and Wi-Fi setup

• Able to troubleshoot common end-user issues independently

• Willing to provide physical support for equipment relocation and setup
  

Additional Information

Duration: 17th August – 30th September (1.5 Months)

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Location: Office relocation project from Guoco Tower to Bugis
