Java Tech Lead - Part-Time

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Java Tech Lead to design, develop, and maintain scalable enterprise applications across web and cloud platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in backend and frontend technologies, DevOps practices, cloud environments, and application observability, with the ability to work in an Agile and collaborative environment.

Mandatory Skill-set

• Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electronic Engineering or Information System;
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in frontend and  / or backend application development in Java / J2EE r Microsoft .NET technologies;
• Experience in web application technologies ( React / React Native / Ruby on Rails / Golang /  Kotlin /  Swift / Node.JS / Typescript );
• Hands-on experience with Spring Boot, .NET, React/Next.js, or NestJS;
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, and CI/CD tools;
• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP;
• Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or OpenTelemetry.
• Understanding code-deployment workflow and source management tools;
• Experience in design, development, test, and implementation of enterprise applications;
• Experience with agile methodologies, technology-savvy and appreciates new modern web application technologies stacks;
• Strong communication and technical documentation skills;
• Self-motivated and able to work in a highly pressured dynamic environment.

Desired Skill-set

• Exposure to DevSecOps and OWASP security practices.

Responsibilities

• Work within an agile development team to deliver high-quality, digital and emerging type of applications;
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications and APIs;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions;
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and support cloud-based deployments;
• Ensure application performance, security, and observability standards;
• Participate in code reviews, testing, troubleshooting, and technical documentation.
