Laboratory Analyst (1-Year Contract)

Salary: S$3,000 – S$3,500 per month
Completion Bonus: 1-month bonus upon successful completion of contract

Role Overview

The Analyst will perform laboratory testing and related functions with a strong focus on accuracy, data integrity, and compliance with regulatory and quality standards. The role supports routine testing, method validation, documentation, audits, and continuous improvement activities within an ISO 17025 / GMP laboratory environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform laboratory testing activities with high accuracy and strict adherence to quality standards
• Maintain proper documentation in compliance with GDP and data integrity requirements (e.g. raw data, logbooks, test records)
• Generate accurate and timely test reports to meet turnaround and quality targets
• Maintain laboratory housekeeping and equipment upkeep within assigned area
• Prepare client test protocols and support training of other analysts
• Review, update, and revise SOPs in line with regulatory or routine requirements
• Participate in investigations (root cause analysis, risk assessment, corrective and preventive actions)
• Support internal and external audits
• Contribute to technical committee activities and improvement initiatives
• Support method development, validation, and customised testing services
• Conduct client test demonstrations during site visits when required
• Report any laboratory incidents or quality/safety concerns to the supervisor
• Adhere strictly to company policies, ethics, confidentiality, and HSE requirements
• Perform other duties as assigned by management
