Job Description - Lead, Youth Engagement & Partnerships - Part-Time

Growthbeans, a Singapore-based social enterprise, is seeking a Lead to shape the strategy, steward relationships, manage budget and risk, and guide a Programme Executive who runs day-to-day delivery at the Dakota Breeze Residents' Network (DBRN) Youth Space.

The successful candidate will:

  • Own overall strategy for the youth space, connecting the work to the organisation's broader goals
  • Build and manage senior-level relationships with schools, government agencies, and community partners
  • Own and manage the programme budget and risk, turning "let's pilot it" into measurable, fundable, community-owned outcomes
  • Drive marketing and outreach strategy to draw youths into the space, staying on trend to source the right facilitators
  • Apply design thinking to operationalise ideas while still thinking outside the box
  • Ensure delivery follows the systems and platforms required by stakeholders; oversee accurate data compilation and analysis for reporting and decision-making
  • Guide, develop and nurture the Programme Executive and wider team, growing their leadership along the way
  • Define KPIs and evaluation frameworks; present outcomes to funders and leadership
  • Anticipate problems ahead of time and set mitigation strategies — knowing when to resolve independently versus engage stakeholders for input
  • Manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously, applying strong project management discipline to deliver outcomes end-to-end
  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve programme delivery and outcomes

Job Requirements

  • 4-5+ years of relevant working experience in programme management, partnerships, or youth development, ideally with some leadership exposure
  • Strong project management skills, comfortable managing multiple stakeholders and projects at once
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and risk management skills
  • Agile and resourceful, comfortable navigating ambiguity; won't say no without first piloting to test feasibility
  • Collaborative, with the ability to leverage community and team resources rather than going it alone
  • Self-starter who's independent, respectful, responsible, and communicates well; takes real accountability and ownership of KPIs and outcomes

Working days : 5 days per week (including Saturday).
Working hours : 12pm to 8pm
Contract : 2 years
Location : Near to Lavender MRT Station (EW11)
