Lecturer Diploma In Business - Part-Time

Job Descriptions:

• Establish and communicate clear objectives for all learning activities.
• Prepare the classroom for class activities.
• Provide a variety of learning materials and resources for use in educational activities.
• Plan, prepare and deliver instructional activities that facilitate active learning experiences.
• Assist in developing schemes of work and lesson plans.
• Developing curriculum and course material that can be used across several platforms.
• Vetting of assignment/exam papers and second marking.
• Conduct post-assessment analysis.
• Instruct and monitor students in the use of learning materials and equipment.
• Observe and evaluate student's performance and development.
• Assign and grade classwork, homework, tests and assignments.
• Maintain accurate and complete records of students' progress and development.
• Update all necessary records accurately and completely as required by CPE and school regulations.
• Prepare required reports on students and activities.
• Keep updated with developments in the subject area, teaching resources and methods and make relevant changes to instructional plans and activities.
• Establish and communicate clear objectives for all learning activities.
• Other tasks assigned by management.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business/Administration/Management/Accounting/Finance
• At least 2 Years and above of working experience in the related field is required.
• Fluent in English and strong in Chinese Language (Oral and writing) to handle queries and concerns from English and Chinese speaking students and to conduct teaching lessons in Chinese language.
• Knowledge in using Zoom and google classroom preferable
• Ability to engage with adult learners
• Able to teach classes on weekdays evenings or weekend classes
• ACTA teaching qualification would be an added advantage.
• Strong passion for teaching
• Ability to share industry experience.
• Must be student oriented. And enforce strict attendance requirements.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Have good organizing & planning skills, high work standards, and able to adapt to changes.
• Strong interpersonal skill and time management skill

Only part-time lecturers required.

Salary per hour: $40 - $60, commensurate with experience.
