Logistics Support Executive (Part-Time)

Job Summary

The Alternative Story Learning Centre is seeking team members to support daily logistics operations. You will prepare and arrange materials for delivery, track inventory, coordinate with suppliers and couriers, assist with documentation, and provide ad-hoc logistics support to ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities

• Support daily logistics operations including packing, delivery coordination, and stock movement
• Prepare and arrange materials for delivery or internal distribution
• Track inventory movement and maintain accurate records
• Coordinate with suppliers, couriers, and internal teams on delivery schedules
• Assist with logistics documentation and simple reporting
• Perform ad-hoc logistics support as required

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience in logistics, warehouse, or operations support to contribute practical knowledge
• Basic Excel skills for tracking and simple data entry to support inventory management

Requirements

• Singaporeans or PRs only
• 1 year minimum commitment period
• Working Hours: Tuesday-Friday, 9am-4pm (incl. 30 min break)
• Minimum N or O-Level or equivalent
• Prior experience in logistics, warehouse, or operations support an advantage
• Basic Excel skills (tracking, simple data entry)
• Willing to be trained
• Must be comfortable lifting and carrying boxes (up to 100 kg)
• Able to be on your feet for extended periods
• Comfortable with manual handling and moving equipment
• Physically able to perform the duties of the role safely
• Organised, responsible, and able to work independently
• Enjoys hands-on, active work
• Problem-solver who can think of solutions independently
• Team player with good communication skills
