Management Intern (3-6 Months) - Part-Time

*Job Summary:*

We're on the lookout for a dynamic and driven individual to join us as a Management Intern. This role is to provide a work experience a training across various management facets. As a Management Intern, you'll collaborate closely with different departments and senior management to hone the critical skills and knowledge essential for future positions within our company.

Responsibilities:

• Gain exposure to diverse functions including operations, marketing, and sales.

• Support department heads and managers in their day-to-day activities and projects.

• Assist in planning, executing, and evaluating projects under the guidance of managers/executives.

• Conduct data analysis, prepare reports, and present findings to management to facilitate decision-making.

• Provide assistance as required in various departments, encompassing data entry, presentation creation and etc.

• Adapt to shifting priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

• Fresh Graduates Bachelor's degree in any field.

• Demonstrated leadership potential through extracurricular activities or work experience.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Analytical mindset with a knack for problem-solving and data-driven decision-making.

• Willingness to relocate or travel as needed for rotational assignments.

• Ability to function independently and as part of a team.

• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Knowledge of adobe will be an added advantage.
