Job Summary

As a Management Trainee, you will undergo structured training across various business functions, gaining hands-on experience in sales, marketing, operations, procurement, customer service, logistics, and business development. You will work closely with the management team and be developed into a future business leader.

Responsibilities

Business Development

• Support customer acquisition initiatives to drive business growth.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and corporate clients to enhance partnership opportunities.
• Assist in researching and identifying new market opportunities to expand business reach.

Sales & Marketing

• Support execution of product launches, roadshows, and promotional campaigns to increase brand visibility.
• Coordinate marketing activities and social media initiatives to engage target audiences.
• Prepare detailed sales reports and monitor campaign performance to inform strategic decisions.

Operations & Supply Chain

• Assist in inventory planning and stock management to ensure optimal product availability.
• Coordinate deliveries and logistics operations to maintain efficient supply chain flow.
• Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely and smooth product availability.

Customer Service

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries to maintain high service standards.
• Maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and support.
• Support order processing and after-sales service to enhance customer satisfaction.

Business Administration

• Prepare presentations, reports, and business documentation to support management and project needs.
• Coordinate cross-functional projects to facilitate collaboration and achieve business objectives.
• Support process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.

Management Exposure

• Collaborate directly with senior management on strategic projects to gain leadership insights.
• Participate in business planning and decision-making processes to contribute to company growth.
• Gain exposure to finance, procurement, and operations functions to develop comprehensive business acumen.

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, Food Science, or a related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills demonstrated through effective teamwork and client interactions.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills applied to support business initiatives.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
