Marketing Manager - Part-Time

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager, preferably with their own transport to head our sales & marketng department. The ideal candidate will need to be a strategic yet creative thinker, and enjoys meetng new people. Due to the nature of our working partners, the candidate may require to work on some evenings and weekends, whenever the job requires.

Key Responsibilies:

1. Sales Support:

- Seek, identify, and qualify resellers including temporary pop-up stores and sales booths, beauty salons and other small business owners who do direct selling to target audiences.

- Assist in setting up and managing pop-up stores and booths, including training booth operators & direct resellers on product knowledge and sales techniques.

- Provide support to booth operators & direct resellers on all sales-related matters to maximize revenue

2. E-commerce Management:

- Learn & manage e-commerce plaKorms, overseeing daily activities and tracking performance metrics.

- Analyze e-commerce traffic and customer behavior to identify opportunities for improving sales conversions.

- Implement strategies to optimize product listings, pricing, and promotions on e-commerce platforms.

3. Advertising Analysis and Budgeting:

- Evaluate the return on investment for various online and offline advertising channels, including ecommerce shops, social media platforms (Facebook, TikTok, Instagram), SEO, and email marketing.

- Develop and manage budgets for advertising campaigns, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.

- Work with digital marketing company to enhance conversions

4. Creative Marketinng Initiatives:

- Lead brainstorming sessions to generate fresh promotion & advertising ideas and campaigns that resonate with our target audience.

- Create engaging content for marketing materials, social media posts, and other promo3onal channels.

- Continuously monitor industry trends and consumer behavior to stay ahead of competitors and capture new customers

5. Office Support:

- Handle incoming enquiries and communications related to marketing initiatives.

- Assist in preparing and coordinating marketing materials as needed.

6. Logistics Assistance:

- Collaborate with business partners to ensure smooth logistics and timely delivery of goods.

- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to support marketing events and campaigns.

7. Customer Service:

- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing enquiries and guiding customers on product usage and warranty matters.

- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions for ongoing follow-up and communication.
