What’s the role?

Rezolve AI is building a new agentic commerce infrastructure layer that helps merchants become discoverable, understandable, and transactable across AI-powered channels

To help us build this platform, we’re looking for a Merchant Operations Intern to help onboarding merchants, ensuring operational readiness, and supporting the team in scaling transaction volume across AI-powered commerce channels. This role works closely with merchants, operations, product and engineering teams to ensure a smooth merchant experience and reliable transaction operations

What will you be doing?

[Acquire, Onboard and Manage Merchants]

• Identify and onboard merchants onto the platform

• Guide merchants through setup and activation processes  

• Build strong day-to-day relationships with merchants

• Support merchant inquiries and resolve operational issues 

• Maintain merchant documentation and onboarding records

[Maintain Merchant Operational Readiness]

• Monitor catalog quality, pricing, feeds and transaction tracking
• Prepare merchant performance reports and dashboards
• Analyze transaction data and identify operational issues
• Support commission reconciliation and reporting accuracy
• Maintain merchant playbooks and operating procedures
• Recommend improvements to increase merchant performance

[Partner with Operations and Engineering to Scale]

• Coordinate with Operations and Engineering teams to support merchant launches and integrations
• Track activation progress and escalate issues when required
• Support testing and rollout of new features and capabilities
• Provide merchant feedback to improve processes and user experience
• Contribute to operational initiatives that increase transaction volume and platform adoption
• Help build scalable processes to support rapid growth

• Experience in e-commerce, merchant operations or marketplace environments
• Familiarity with analytics tools and reporting
• Exposure to affiliate networks or commerce platforms
• Experience using AI tools to improve productivity
