Position: Opening Team Member

As an Opening Team Member, you will play a vital role in bringing our Izakaya to life. This is a unique opportunity to be part of the initial team and help shape the customer experience from day one.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Service: Take orders, interact warmly with guests, and ensure an exceptional dining experience.
• Beverage Preparation and Service: Craft and serve a variety of beverages, including traditional Japanese drinks.
• Reservation Management: Handle bookings and manage table reservations efficiently.
• Closing Duties: Assist in closing the restaurant, ensuring everything is cleaned and organized for the next day.
• Cash Handling: Perform cashier duties, manage transactions, and maintain accurate sales records.
• Daily Sales Monitoring: Keep track of daily sales and report any discrepancies.
• Customer Interaction: Foster a friendly and welcoming atmosphere, engaging with customers to enhance their dining experience.

Qualifications:

• Experience in the food and beverage industry is a plus, but not required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Passion for Japanese cuisine and culture.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
