Operations Manager – SGUnited Traineeships Programme

1. Role Description:

This position reports to the Director and cooperate with all the staff. The Fitness Parlour provides the environment that will stimulate and motivate anyone and everyone to achieve their personal goals and fitness targets.

2. Specific Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise the staff including freelance trainers to ensure proper and efficient manpower planning for maximum utilization.

• To manage and maintain effective cost control and improve the overall performance of the company on a regular basis including cost analysis and monitoring of processes.

• To maintain close, professional and effective links with all external contractors/suppliers to ensure the efficiency of the products and services.

• Lead team members to ensure motivation and high productivity levels as well as proper training on the product and services.

• Lead and plan the operations to deliver within specific standards and schedules required, including forecasting, purchasing and stock control of equipment, tools.

• Able to handle customers queries and assist staff with customers who need further assistance as well as supervise staff on their customer service standards.
