Job Description
We are seeking a passionate, engaging, and knowledgeable Oral Health Educator & Trainer to join our team on a full-time, one-year contract basis. This role will be responsible for promoting oral health education and supporting the growth of Curaprox products in Singapore.

The successful candidate will serve as the company's key educator and trainer,delivering professional education programs, product training, and oral health workshops to dental professionals, corporate partners, and consumers. The idealcandidate possesses a strong clinical dental background, excellent presentation skills, and the ability to confidently engage audiences of all sizes.

Key Responsibilities

Professional Education & Training
·  Conduct educational lectures, workshops, and hands-on training sessions for dentists, dental hygienists, oral health therapists, dental assistants, and other dental professionals.
·  Deliver product knowledge and clinical application training on Curaprox oral care solutions.
·  Support professional development programs, continuing education events, conferences, trade exhibitions, and study clubs.
·  Develop and maintain educational materials, training presentations, and supporting resources based on current evidence and best practices.

Consumer & Corporate Education
·  Lead oral health awareness programs, product demonstrations, and educational workshops for consumers.
·  Conduct oral health talks and wellness initiatives for corporate clients, schools, community groups, and partner organizations.
·  Represent the Curaprox brand at consumer exhibitions, roadshows, retail activations, and promotional events.
·  Provide practical oral hygiene guidance and product recommendations to consumers.

Business Support & Stakeholder Engagement
·  Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing teams to support commercial objectives through educational activities.
·  Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders, dental professionals, educational institutions, and strategic partners.
·  Gather feedback from healthcare professionals and consumers to support continuous improvement of educational programs and product offerings.
·  Act as a brand ambassador and advocate for preventive oral healthcare.

Administrative & Reporting
·  Maintain records of training activities, attendance, and educational outcomes.
·  Prepare event reports and provide recommendations for future educational initiatives.
·  Support planning and execution of educational calendars and marketing campaigns.

Requirements

Education & Professional Background
·  Degree or Diploma in Dentistry, Oral Health Therapy, Dental Hygiene, or a related dental discipline.
·  Minimum 5 years of clinical or professional experience in a dental setting.
·  Registered dental professional status (where applicable) is highly preferred.

Skills & Experience
·  Strong understanding of preventive dentistry, oral hygiene, and patient education.
·  Proven experience conducting training, educational presentations, or public speaking engagements.
·  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
·  Ability to simplify clinical concepts for both professional and consumer audiences.
·  Comfortable presenting to both small groups and large audiences.
·  Strong organizational and event coordination skills.
·  Proficient in Microsoft Office, presentation software, and virtual meeting platforms.

Contract Details

·  Successful candidate may be offered a permanent position upon successful completion of the contract period and satisfactory performance.
·  Based in Singapore with occasional travel required for educational events, exhibitions, and potential regional activities.
·  Flexibility to work evenings or weekends when supporting events and training programs.
