Part time Accountant (2.5 days / week; 100% remote)

The Company

A well-established law firm is currently seeking a part time Accountant to join its dynamic team.


The Role

The Finance Executive is responsible for bookkeeping and finance operations, including maintaining records, issuing client invoices, tracking purchase order numbers and retainers, and matching vendor invoices. The role also involves following up on outstanding payments, preparing monthly financial reports, and supporting corporate and tax compliance in liaison with external service providers. Additional responsibilities include serving as an authorized signatory and primary point of contact for banking matters, and managing transactions via banking applications.

Your Profile

The role requires minimum 5 years of experience in handling full set of accounts. Prior experience or familiarity with legal firms would be advantageous. Candidates should be able to commit on a part time basis.
