Job Description:

As an Arcade Crew, you are to uphold the following terms and conditions:

Terms and Conditions:

1. Pay Rate:
   • $15/hr if you commit to 110 hours per month otherwise, the pay rate is $12/hr.
   • Weekend work is mandatory.
   • Able to commit 6 months
   • Minimum of 7 days must be worked in a month to receive the designated salary.
2. Sick Leave Notification:
   • Notify the manager at least 4 hours before the shift starts to avoid a pay rate reduction.
3. Notice Period:
   • Serve a notice period of 7 days if resigning from the position to avoid a pay deduction.
4. Prohibition on Playing:
   • Part-time workers are not allowed to play at the arcade.
5. Attitude and Task Completion:
   • Maintain a good and polite attitude towards customers.
   • Demonstrate diligence in completing tasks assigned by the manager.

Responsibilities:

1. Customer Service:
   • Provide friendly assistance to guests during their arcade visit.
   • Address customer inquiries or issues promptly and professionally.
2. Machine Error Management:
   • Troubleshoot and resolve common arcade machine errors.
   • Respond promptly to machine malfunctions, ensuring minimal disruption to guest enjoyment.
3. Claw Machine Arrangement:
   • Maintain organization and presentation of claw machines.
   • Monitor and restock prizes as needed.
4. Cleaning and Maintenance:
   • Regularly clean and sanitize arcade machines and common areas.
5. Prize Redemption Assistance:
   • Assist guests with redeeming prizes won from arcade games.
   • Ensure accurate prize redemption transactions.

• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Willingness to learn and follow arcade policies and procedures.
• Attention to detail and proactive approach to tasks.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends
