Job Description - Part-Time Event Co-Odinator

Assist in all the aspects of preparation and running of the tournaments
Coordinates logistics matters to the hosting club
Liaising with the official hotel on accommodation for foreign players and team officials
Responsible for sourcing transportation for international/open events’ delegates and officials
In-charge of planning the groupings, airport pick-up/drop-off timings & hotel-venue pick-ups and transportation from hotel to venue (vice versa) of overseas delegates coming to Singapore to play SGA tournaments
Responsible for coordinating with suppliers/vendors/contractors and ordering event collaterals.
Ensuring that entrants to the tournaments have valid handicaps and golf insurance as stated in the TOC’s of the events.
Assisting in the smooth running on operation matters at the hosting club during tournament proper
SGA Marketing & Communication
Ensure that the website is properly updated and all relevant details are uploaded
Assist with SGA’s social media platforms (Facebook and Instagram)
Manage the EDM functions and all multimedia initiatives.
Provide support for ad hoc tasks and initiatives.
