Part time Personal Assistant 

We are seeking a meticulous & creative personal assistant to join our team as a Personal Assistant. As a Personal Assistant, you will be responsible to: 

• Provide administrative support to the team, including managing correspondence, preparing reports, data entry…etc. 
• Events planning and budgeting 
• Source and liaise with vendors, suppliers, and service providers for events & campaigns 
• Assist in events & campaigns execution
• Coordinate meetings 
• Managing schedules & organise travel arrangements 
• Design & develop social media marketing materials 
• Assist in client servicing tools 
• Liaise with clients to maintain and foster strong relationships
• Handle any ad-hoc tasks as required
   

Qualifications:

• Singaporean/PR 
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese is preferred 
• Proficient in Excel, Words, PowerPoint, Canva/Photoshop
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong at multitasking, able to meet deadlines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities 
• Proactive, with a strong sense of responsibility and initiative
• Able to work on weekends as required 
• Able to start immediately 
• Students/stay home mums are welcome!
