Job Description: We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team at East Coast Park Seafood Center as Part-Time Sales and Service Associates. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with customers, promote our delicious Ceylonese Crab dishes, and ensure exceptional service delivery. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to earn extra income while enjoying the vibrant atmosphere of our restaurant.

Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers in a friendly and proactive manner.
• Promote our Ceylonese Crab dishes and other menu items to park visitors.
• Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, serving food, and addressing customer inquiries.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall dining experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness in the dining area.
• Assist with any other duties as assigned by the management team.

Requirements:

• Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
• Prior experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred but not required.
• Must be available to work during peak hours, including evenings and weekends.

Work Hours:

• Tuesday to Thursday: 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM 
• Friday to Sunday: 11:00 AM to 10:00 PM
