Role Overview
We are seeking a Part-Time Social Worker/Counsellor to provide casework and counselling support to individuals and families. The role involves managing a caseload, delivering interventions, and working collaboratively to achieve sustainable outcomes for clients.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a caseload of up to 15 clients, providing casework and/or counselling interventions
Conduct assessments, develop care plans, and review progress regularly
Provide emotional support, crisis intervention, and practical assistance based on client needs
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to support client outcomes
Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential case documentation and reports
Requirements
Degree, Graduate Diploma or Master in Social Work or Counselling
Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience.
Prior experience working in Family Service Centres (FSC) or Protective Services will be an advantage.
Strong interpersonal, assessment, and case management skills
