Part-Time Swim Coach ($30-40/Hr)

TLSC is in search of a dedicated and experienced Swim Coach to lead our Learn-To-Swim Program catering to toddlers (3-4 years) and young kids (5-12 years). This role requires passion, expertise, and a commitment to fostering a love for swimming among our young learners.

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct swimming lessons following TLSC's curriculum, ensuring a safe and supportive learning environment.
2. Provide personalized instruction to meet the needs and abilities of each swimmer, promoting skill development and confidence.
3. Monitor progress and provide feedback to swimmers and their parents/guardians regularly.
4. Maintain cleanliness and safety standards of the swimming facility.
5. Collaborate with other coaches and staff to coordinate events and activities.

Requirements:

1. Minimum 1 year of coaching experience, preferably in teaching swimming.
2. Availability to work weekends
3. Former competitive swimmers and individuals with national-level experience will be given preference.
