We are in search of a driven Part Timer Admin Assistant to join our experienced team at AOYAMA SOGO ACCOUNTING OFFICE SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. in Raffles Place, Central Region.

Roles & Responsibilities

The Opportunity

  • Work in Japanese Professional Accounting Firm
  • Working hours: at least 4-5 hours per day
  • Location: Raffles Place
  • Salary: Up to $20 SGD / Hour - depending on Exp

The Talent:

  • Prior office/admin background is advantageous
  • Good communication skills needed
  • Strong knowledge in excel, word, PowerPoint

Job Description

  • Responsible for daily office administration, including office supplies, office security, office system etc.
  • Support with buying of pantry items, stationeries
  • Handle general administrative duties such as filing, binding, photocopying if needed
  •  Posting outgoing / distributing incoming mails
  •  Answering telephone calls in a pleasant, helpful and professional      manner, accurately recording messages and transferring calls to relevant  parties
  •  Flight and hotel booking arrangements for directors and staff
  •  Greet guests in a professional manner and serve drinks
  •  Assisting in organisation of company's events
  •  Corppass administrative works
  •  Any other ad-hoc duties related as and when assigned.
