DESCRIPTION

• Follow BMI's guidelines for coaching instruction in imparting music knowledge and thematic content
• Achieve 1 out of 1 student ability to progress

OFFICIAL DUTIES

• Accountability: Coach Feedback & Submission of Student Progress Reports
• Coaching Excellence: Ensure >90% pass rate

REQUIREMENTS

• >2 years experience in music/worship ministry
• Involved in ministry and/or cell group worship
• Preferably candidates with Higher secondary/Pre-U/A level/College, Professional Certificate/NiTEC or Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field
• Thoroughly familiar with fundamentals of music
• Experienced in contemporary playing styles
• Able to sing and play on the instrument simultaneously with ease
