Principal Research Officer - Part-Time

🧠 Role: Principal / Senior Research Officer

📍 Working Hours:

Mon–Thu: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM

Fri: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

(1-hour lunch break)

📋 Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Conduct applied research studies in psychology and behavioural sciences

🔹 Perform literature reviews and prepare research reports

🔹 Collect, manage, and analyse research data

🔹 Present research findings through training sessions and seminars

🔹 Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders

🔹 Support publication-related activities

🔹 Maintain research documentation and knowledge management records

🔹 Supervise research officers (for senior/principal-level roles)

🎓 Requirements:

✅ Bachelor's degree in Psychology (preferred) or a related field

✅ 3+ years of relevant experience (Senior Research Officer)

✅ 5+ years of relevant experience (Principal Research Officer)

✅ Strong analytical, writing, communication, and teamwork skills
