Job Summary

A Professional Footballer is responsible for competing in football matches at an elite level, representing their club (and potentially country) with skill, discipline, and professionalism. The role requires maintaining peak physical condition, executing tactical instructions, continuously developing technical ability, and upholding the club’s values on and off the pitch.

Key Responsibilities

Match Performance

• Compete in domestic and international matches according to team selection
• Execute tactical and technical instructions from coaching staff
• Maintain high performance standards throughout the season
• Demonstrate teamwork, discipline, and sportsmanship during competition

Training & Development

• Attend and actively participate in all training sessions
• Maintain peak physical fitness, strength, and conditioning
• Work with coaches to improve technical, tactical, and mental skills
• Review match footage and performance data to enhance performance

• Advanced technical football skills (passing, shooting, control, positioning)
