Programme Assistant (Children And Youth Services) - Part-Time

Duties

1. To work with the Youth Team in conceptualizing, evaluating and initiating of current or new programmes.

2. To assist in the execution of Children and Youth programmes and activities assigned.

3. Ensure that the logistics procedures are carried out before and after the activities.

4. To provide support services for Youth Hub by manning duties, maintenance of premise, recording of attendance and co-ordinate publicity materials for Children and Youth programmes.

5. To assist the Youth team in all youth outreach efforts within the community.

6. Able to work weekends/nights. (Time-off-in-lieu claimable for hours worked)

7. Preferably able to drive. (Class 3)

8. Contribute in the planning and execution of all major events organized by FaithActs.

9. Any other duties assigned by the Executive Director and/or Head of Youth Services.
