About the Job

• Drive and oversee the end-to-end governance, tracking, and delivery frameworks for the core system transformation program.

• Monitor program milestones, track key performance indicators, and manage multi-stream dependencies to ensure timely execution.

• Establish standardized reporting protocols and design executive-ready dashboards to provide senior leadership with clear project visibility.

• Identify, evaluate, and mitigate structural risks, technical bottlenecks, and deployment dependencies across the implementation lifecycle.

• Facilitate regular alignment sessions and manage communications between technical workstreams, business units, and vendors.

• Manage financial tracking, resource optimization, and budget variances to ensure the implementation aligns with allocated funding.

Skills and Requirements

• Proven background in a PMO or project governance capacity, specifically driving large-scale core system migrations or platform rollouts.

• Strong proficiency in structuring project governance, tracking complex dependencies, and financial management for major tech initiatives.

• Excellent communication and corporate storytelling skills, with a track record of translating complex technical updates for executive steering committees.

• Advanced capability with project and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, and enterprise spreadsheet applications.

• Highly organized individual with sharp analytical capabilities and the agility to balance multiple high-priority streams simultaneously.
