✨ScienTec Consulting is looking for interns who are eager to build a strong portfolio and showcase project-managing in their resume. You will get hands-on experience in a commercial setting and kickstart your career as an In-House HR Professional or Digital Marketeer.

This internship will put you on the pathway to converting to a permanent staff with us!

✨HR Project Scope

• Building an internship program by developing relationships with higher learning institution career offices and stakeholders
• Researching and creating attraction frameworks for talent acquisition
• Supporting in obtaining industry and professional certifications
• Explore and execute automation projects to streamline operational tasks

✨Marketing Project Scope

• Gather insights and brain-storm methods to strengthen our EVP and employer branding
• Assist in key digital marketing efforts including key word research, marketing analytics and trend analysis
• Plan and execute primary market research survey campaign to understand candidate and client sentiment
• Conceptualize and craft high impact communication materials for internal and external stakeholders

👉Requirements

• Degree in any related field
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Passion and dedication to own your projects
• Critical thinking skills to defend but also challenge ideas
• Self-discipline and resourcefulness to make things happen
• Readiness to commit to a full-time internship for 6 months
