Job Description - Project Management & Internal Communications Specialist - Part-Time

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Management & Internal Communications Specialist to support the Chief Data Officer’s Office (CDOO), Planning & Integration team.

This role combines project coordination, stakeholder engagement, and internal communications, supporting key data initiatives and organisational engagement efforts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and support projects end-to-end, including tracking deliverables, timelines, and ensuring alignment with requirements
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to monitor progress, facilitate communication, and ensure timely updates on key milestones
  • Prepare proposals, presentation decks, and supporting materials to support discussions and decision-making
  • Develop engaging internal communication materials (e.g. EDMs, newsletters, memos) with clear messaging and strong visual design
  • Manage and maintain internal platforms (e.g. SharePoint, intranet pages) to ensure content is up-to-date and accessible
  • Monitor and analyse engagement metrics (e.g. click-through rates) to assess effectiveness of communication initiatives
  • Provide procurement support, including sourcing quotations and coordinating purchases for events and engagement activities
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and support reporting for data initiatives
  • Perform administrative duties, including documentation, record-keeping, and coordination of meetings, events, and engagement activities

Requirements

  • Diploma from a recognised institution or at least 3 years of relevant working experience
  • At least 2 years of project management experience, including managing timelines and stakeholder coordination
  • At least 2 years of internal communications experience, including developing visually engaging materials (e.g. EDMs, newsletters, presentations)
  • At least 1 year of experience preparing presentation decks and proposals
  • Proficiency in Canva or similar design/communication tools
  • Strong ability to translate complex concepts into clear and concise messages
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team
  • Prior experience or exposure to data and/or digital domains is an advantage
  • Portfolio submission (minimum 3 work samples) showcasing communication or project work is required

Employment Details

Contract Period:

  • Initial: 20 Jul 2026 – 19 Jul 2028 (tentative)
  • Option to extend up to 2 additional years (1-year increments)
  • Work Location: Singapore
