Receptionist in Singapore [Onsite]

Work Location: Onsite in Singapore

Workloads: 40 hours per week

Engagement Model: Independent Contractor

Project Duration: approx. 2- 6 weeks (subject to confirmation and available project work)

DataForce by TransPerfect is looking for an onsite Receptionist to join our team. As an Onsite Receptionist, you will work full time onsite while a data collection project is in progress.

Work Responsibilities

The Receptionist's main responsibility is to welcome participants to the data collection study, check participants' ID, and make sure they have signed the appropriate documentation.

The receptionist will also be responsible for contacting and scheduling participants who have registered for the study and following up with them to confirm attendance. This will be via email and phone calls prior to the collection starting and between receptionist tasks when participants are with the engineer.

- Idiomatic fluency in Thai is required since you will work with Thai language ( have conversations in Thai language)

- Advanced English language skills
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certification is a plus
- Proven experience in scheduling, reception, or administrative roles
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data management software
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
- Discretion with confidential information
