Regional Project Manager (9-12 Months Contract) #TNKC - Part-Time

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and track project plans, timelines, milestones, and deployment activities across multiple workstreams.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure project deliverables are completed on schedule.
• Monitor project risks, issues, dependencies, and action items, escalating concerns where necessary.
• Support project governance activities, including status reporting, documentation, and meeting coordination.
• Track project progress, resource requirements, and readiness for key milestones such as testing, deployment, and go-live.
• Assist in planning and coordinating User Acceptance Testing (UAT), deployment activities, and post-implementation support.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and updates for management and project stakeholders.
• Support budget tracking, resource planning, and change management processes.
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with project governance standards.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives and other project-related duties as assigned.
