Regulatory Affair Specialist (Contract/Up To 6k) - Part-Time

Serve as the key regulatory contact supporting multiple product portfolios within the food, health and applied biosciences sectors across Southeast Asia.

Employment Period: 1.5 years to 2 years contract (Depending on operational needs - Convertible/Extendable)
Working hours: 8.30am to 5pm
Location: West
Salary: Basic up to 6k (Depending on relevant experience)

Job description:

• Support regulatory compliance activities for food, nutrition and biotechnology products across Southeast Asia.
• Prepare, maintain and submit regulatory dossiers for product registrations, renewals and lifecycle management.
• Liaise with local regulatory authorities and assist in product registration submissions and follow-ups.
• Review ingredients, formulations, product claims and labels to ensure compliance with local regulations.
• Monitor regulatory changes and assess potential business impacts across assigned markets.
• Prepare regulatory statements, technical documentation and scientific support materials.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Quality, R&D, Commercial and Global Regulatory Affairs to support product launches and innovation projects.
• Track regulatory projects and maintain accurate records within internal regulatory systems.

Job requirement:

• Bachelor's Degree or above in Life Sciences, Food Science, Biotechnology, Molecular Biology or other related disciplines.
• Prior experience in Regulatory Affairs, Product Registration or Regulatory Compliance within the food, nutrition, biotechnology, life sciences or related industries.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements for food, food biotechnology, enzymes, animal nutrition or related product categories is advantageous.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
