RESEARCH AND PROJECT MANAGEMENT ASSISTANT - Part-Time

Innovation is Everywhere is looking for an intern to strengthen the team in its mission to develop customized programs for executives. 

Since 2012, Innovation Is Everywhere has been helping leaders of large organizations open their eyes to new technology trends, and major societal movements, and project themselves into the world of tomorrow. A world that will be, we are convinced, strongly influenced by climate change, technological advances, and major geopolitical movements and that will require a rethinking of our societal model. Our mission is to prepare today's and tomorrow's leaders of major groups to lead innovation and transformation to shape this new world.

To do this, we help leaders and high potentials to get out of their daily lives to be inspired by entrepreneurs, intrapreneurs and experts around the world who are leading or involved in these transformations, through "learning expeditions" in Europe and Asia, online and offline.

We are a young, dynamic and multicultural team based in France and Singapore. Our main clients are global leaders with strong exposure around the world such as Google, AXA, Danone, AccorHotels, DBS Bank, Total Energies …..

Missions:

- Conduct online research and create engaging written content for our clients, as well as our marketing, on various innovation-related topics (newsletters, reports, presentations).

- Identify startups, trends and key experts in the broader innovation space in selected countries for our learning programs and reports.

- Contribute to the organization of learning expeditions and programs for our clients, identifying and engaging speakers from the most dynamic startup ecosystems across the world, as well as providers of venues and experiences for the participants. 

- Collaborate closely with the lead project manager, offering ad-hoc support wherever needed.

Required skills:

• You are fluent in English, French or Chinese is a plus

• You are  committed, organized, persevering with a high level of diligence.

• Your are pro active and agile in muti complex environments

• You are at ease with targeted online information research 

• You have a curious analytical mind and mature writing skills for content creation

Location:

Duration of the internship: 6 months in Singapore 

Hybrid way of working (full days at the office, days remote subject to validation)
