Research Fellow - Part-Time

SUTD is the world’s first Design AI university. WithDesign AI, artificial intelligence is treated as a partner and a member of theteam – not just a tool. As part its new mid-term growth strategy called SUTD Leap, it will work closely with industry to co-create solutions in both education and research – for a better world.  

Job Description

We are currently seeking talented individuals with:

• A PhD in many-body quantum physics or similar
• Able to do literature review and summarize the main findings from the literature
• Competence in numerical many-body quantum physics
• Competence in disseminating the outcomes of the research including in peer-reviewed academic publications of international standing
• Ability to support the research team  
• Perform other tasks as required by the Principal Investigator

Job Requirements

To apply for this position, applicants should be:

• Proficiency or understanding many-body quantum systems out of equilibrium
• Expertise in simulating many-body quantum systems
• Proficient communication and writing skills in English
• Possess excellent problem-solving abilities as well as strong attention to detail.
• Someone who can work independently while still collaborating effectively within a team environment when needed.
