Rewards Consultant #TNJHJ - Part-Time

We are hiring a Rewards Consultant (System Integration & Compliance) to be outsourced to our client.

Responsibilities

• Support the APAC Total Rewards team in the transition and implementation of compensation systems, including Workday integration initiatives.
• Lead the planning and execution of annual compensation cycles, including project timelines, stakeholder coordination, system setup, testing, and post-cycle reviews.
• Translate compensation requirements into system specifications, ensuring accurate configuration, data structures, workflows, and reporting capabilities.
• Oversee system testing activities such as UAT to ensure accuracy of calculations, data integrity, and user experience.
• Work with APAC countries and branches to consolidate compensation policies, regulatory requirements, and ensure alignment with system design.
• Manage vendor relationships and collaborate with HR Technology teams on system enhancements, issue resolution, dashboards, and reporting.
• Support change management activities to ensure smooth adoption of new processes across different locations.
• Partner with Rewards, HR Technology, Finance, and HR stakeholders to drive successful implementation of compensation initiatives.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Total Rewards, Compensation & Benefits, with exposure to compensation system management.
• Experience in compensation technology platforms such as Workday, HRSoft, SuccessFactors, or similar systems.
• Prior experience in managing regional HR technology implementation or annual compensation cycle projects.

• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am – 5.00pm
• Salary: Up to $12,000
• Contract Period: 1 year contract
