CANDIDATE PROFILE FOR SALES ADMIN ASSISTANT
QUALIFICATION/ REQUIREMENT
- Part time position of 15 - 20 hours/week. Working days/timings can be discussed.
- At least O-level, ITE Certificate or Diploma qualifications preferably in business or supply chain or logistic
- 2 years of relevant experience of trading business sales admin / logistics operation sales admin
JOB DUTIES
- This role provides support to technical manager in areas of spare parts sales activities, and site inspections coordination, documentations.
- Prepare quotation from standard parts list, light packing of spare parts, and handle full spectrum of order processing with our vendors/ own factories using MS Excel and own factory ordering system (EDI).
- Prepare delivery orders and shipping documents such as commercial invoice and packing list using MS Excel
- Liaising and making prompt shipment booking arrangement, keep customers informed on delivery schedules.
- Maintain sales order and sales summary logs for monthly submission to sales, finance & inventory departments.
- Maintain site inspections logs, printing of labeling, and some coordination works.
- Other operational and administrative duties as assigned by technical manager.
