SALES AND MARKETING MANAGER - Part-Time

The Sales and Marketing Manager is responsible for planning and implementing sales and marketing strategies to promote the spa’s services, attract new customers, and maintain strong relationships with existing clients. The role involves managing promotional campaigns, supporting business growth, increasing brand awareness, and ensuring excellent customer engagement.

Specific Responsibilities

1. Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to increase spa revenue and customer base.

2. Promote spa services, wellness packages, massage therapy, and foot reflexology treatments through online and offline marketing activities.

3. Manage social media platforms, digital marketing campaigns, and promotional content to strengthen brand presence.

4. Build and maintain good relationships with customers, corporate clients, and business partners.

5. Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities to identify business opportunities and industry trends.

6. Coordinate promotional events, seasonal campaigns, and customer loyalty programs.

7. Monitor sales performance and prepare basic sales and marketing reports.

8. Collaborate with therapists and operations staff to ensure customer satisfaction and service quality.

9. Handle customer inquiries, feedback and marketing-related communications professionally.

10. Support the achievement of company sales targets and business development goals.
