SALES AND MARKETING MANAGER - Part-Time

SILK & SHEARS HAIR SALON LLP is seeking a dedicated Sales and Marketing Manager to lead the company's sales and marketing initiatives. The role is responsible for enhancing brand awareness, expanding the customer base, developing strategic partnerships, and executing effective marketing campaigns. The position also plays a key role in strengthening the salon's market presence promoting hairdressing services, and supporting customer satisfaction and the company's long-term development.

Specific Responsibilities

1.Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth and expand market presence.

2.Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the salon's customer base.

3.Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms to enhance brand visibility.

4.Manage and optimize the salon's social media presence and online advertising activities.

5.Develop promotional programs, membership packages, and customer loyalty initiatives to improve customer retention.

6.Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, corporate clients, suppliers and business partners.

7.Collaborate with salon operations and management teams to ensure marketing initiatives align with business objectives.

8.Monitor sales performance, customer engagement metrics, and campaign effectiveness.
