Job Description - Sales/Service Coordinator (6 Months Contract Maternity Cover) - Part-Time

Job Responsibilities

  • Handling sales administration support including preparing quotes to customers in timely manner.
  • Manage sales orders entries, issue invoices to customers and processing of shipments.
  • Execute local delivery/shipping documents for Store Department to prepare picking and packing of goods.
  • To liaise with principals, retailers and customers for all sales orders with strong communications and coordination skills.
  • To coordinate with customers with regards to advance payment/LC/BG and Servicing jobs.


Job Requirements

  • Minimum G.C.E O level or equivalent
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • 1 year of relevant working experience in similar capacity
  • A team player with committed attitude, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • 6 months contract - maternity cover commencing from mid Aug 26.
  • Working location in Pioneer area.
  • Work week : Mondays to Fridays
