School Operation Support Officer (Stevens) - Part-Time

Job Scope:

• Maintaining general cleanliness of equipment and workplace
• Opening and closing school gates
• Providing logistical support for school events and activities
• Setting up and arranging furniture, equipment, and supplies as needed
• Operating and maintaining basic office equipment and materials
• Assist OM in maintaining school security and ensure safety equipment, as well as emergency and first-aid supplies, are in optimal condition
• Any other duties assigned by the Supervisor

Requirements:

• Prior cleaning experience in a similar work environment (e.g., educational institutions, corporate offices, etc.).
• Strong ability to work effectively as a team player and contribute to a collaborative work environment.
• Good communication and inter-personal skills to interact effectively with staff, students, and other stakeholders.

Contract Period: 2 months, convertible to permanent employee

Working Arrangement:

· Mondays to Fridays: 9am to 6pm / 8am to 5pm (rotating)
