School Operations Support Officer (Start 15 July) Choa Chu Kang - Part-Time

Job Scope

• Maintaining general cleanliness of equipment and workplace.

• Supporting in logistical arrangement for school events and activities, including carrying and arranging furniture and equipment.

• Simple administrative and office work.

• Operating and maintaining basic office equipment and materials.

• Assisting in the preparation of apparatus, equipment and reagents for laboratory lessons.

• Opening/locking of rooms and arming/disarming of the school.

• Marshall duties and escorting of contractors.

• Any other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

• Candidates should complete at least Primary School Education
• Preferably with 1 year of experience in cleaning, logistics or simple administrative duties
• Preferably can start om 15 July 2026

Contract Duration: 5.5 months (15 Jul 2026 - 31 Dec 2026)

Working Arrangement:
Monday to Friday: 6am – 3pm (1st shift) OR 10am – 7pm (2nd shift)

Location: Choa Chu Kang

Salary: $2,100 per month
